This project provides an excellent Starter STS (that can be used in a developers environment) for WIF, and the video tutorials explain how to get everything up and running very quickly. After spending more than 2 weeks unsuccessfully trying to configure Microsoft's ADFS 2.0, I was able to get StarterSTS up and running in less than 2 days -- including creating a program to install all of the certs
